Leading a High Performance Team

This workshop is designed to challenge leaders to freshly examine their attitude to leadership and assumptions about teamwork, in order to strengthen their leadership effectiveness. This workshop will also help leaders and managers to understand when forming a team is appropriate and will emphasize how to build a high-performance team. We will discuss the factors that differentiate ordinary teams from extraordinary teams, and the critical steps to take in the beginning of team formation to enhance the likelihood of reaching extraordinary results. During the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to discuss their prior efforts and to get feedback on modifying their approach to improve team outcomes for the future.
