People Management Skills

Clear and effective communication with staff and colleagues is at the heart of good management. From delegation to counseling, participants will learn processes and strategies to promote smooth and successful business operations among staff. Strategies for motivating employees and measuring performance will be explored. Participants will be encouraged to ask open-ended questions, listen actively, and provide relevant feedback to team members. As well as learning how to confront difficult situations, participants will also study practices for harnessing positive conflicts and minimizing the occurrence of negative conflicts.

Through role-plays and group activities, participants will have the opportunity to give a practical application to the techniques presented and to analyze how these can be used in their daily work situations.

At the end of this training, participants should be able to:
