Performance Management

Managing and evaluating performance is a critical part of any organization’s activities. As a manager or Human Resources professional you will be expected to select and administer a performance appraisal system for your organization. Your performance appraisal process is a chance to review, assess, debrief and generally, develop the skills and confidence of the person being appraised.Choosing the right format to give you and your employer the information you need is an important task. This training is designed to help you get the maximum return on your appraisal process, and put in place measures to maintain high performance throughout the year.

Equally important is to gain support for the process with all stakeholders involved. Participants will examine strategies for communicating with stakeholders about the performance appraisal and coaching and supporting line managers in its implementation.
