How does AAA’s recruitment process work?
Our search is a process of execution and presentation based on a simple philosophy - the recruitment of exceptional individuals capable of top level performance to meet and exceed the requirements and standards of our clients. AAA operates an extremely thorough and efficient selection process to ensure that only the very best candidates are presented to our clients.
Stage 1
CVs are obtained through our recruitment network. This can include our own extensive database, head hunting and direct recruitment, independent CV collection, CV hosting websites, and employee referrals.
Stage 2
Potential applicants are screened via telephone, in order to confirm their relevant skills, experience, and availability.
Stage 3
Applicants are interviewed in-person at our office. The AAA interview process is broken up into 3 separate stages:
Work History Review
Our recruiters conduct a chronological review of the applicant’s education and experience
Behavioral-Based Assessment
The applicant participates in a comprehensive behavioral-based interview to determine their personality type, performance standards, work habits, reliability, integrity, and suitability.
Knowledge & Skills Verification
Applicants participate in a technical interview that may include a demonstration of skills and abilities, to determine the degree of their technical aptitude.
Stage 4
References are checked to verify previous work experience and work performance, and a list of recommended candidates is submitted to the client. All client information is kept strictly confidential until the client chooses to interview the candidate.
