Susanna Coghlan
Managing Director
Susanna joined AAA in 2006 and her dynamic, professional approach combined with her strong project management skills, has helped AAA grow into its current role as one of the leading HR and Training consultancy companies in Cambodia.
Susanna works closely with clients to create tailored approaches to workforce development. She specializes in communications, people management, and developing human resources functions to support organizational goals. She has designed and delivered learning and development programs to national and international organizations in Cambodia. In addition to long term workforce development engagements with clients such as hello Axiata Ltd., CARE Cambodia, and Comin Khmere, Susanna has coordinated and presented engagements to address specific performance challenges include working with ANZ Royal Bank, Beeline Cambodia, CamGSM, DAMCO, Total Cambodge, Unilever (Cambodia) Ltd., and the Intercontinental Hotel Group.
Susanna has authored numerous training programs as well as two internationally published resource books for educators and information professionals.
Andrew Tackitt
Director of Business Development
AAA shareholder Andrew Tackitt has been influential in shaping and structuring the development AAA since its inception in 2006. Following his graduation from Charlestown University with a degree in Business Administration and a specialization in Finance, Andrew has built a successful career in the competitive world of US real estate. Leveraging his extensive real estate experience with his knowledge of international markets, Andrew provides strategic guidance and direction to AAA to secure our on-going commitment to meeting international business standards and expectations.
Bruce Haulley
Organization Development Consultant and Coach
Bruce is a management and investment professional with over 25 years hands-on experience in both the private sector and international development. As owner and operator of two US based businesses, Bruce hired and developed teams to support achieving organizational and commercial goals. Using a people centered management style, Bruce has led his teams to achieve at the highest levels.
Bruce has been listed in Standard and Poor’s Society of Industry Leaders, and in 2008 was recognized by the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute as one of the World Top 10 Brokers at the 2008 Real Estate Brokerage Summit.
His work in Cambodia includes completing organizational development consultancies with public and private sector organizations in which he works with top management teams on process consulting, setting team values and visions, developing team structures, and building individual and institutional capacity. He also works as an individual management coach.
Bruce has provided management coaching and leadership development programs to RM Asia, Comin Khmere, Indochina Research Ltd, the United Nations, Ideas at Work, Room to Read among other organizations.
Bruce speaks English, Spanish, Khmer, and some Mandarin.
Malay CHEY
Asst. HR Services Manager
Malay leads AAA’s team of local human resources specialists. In addition to designing and facilitating training workshops, Malay has helped AAA’s clients in a variety of workforce development initiatives, including performance management, organizational development, defining personnel development needs, and creating training and development plans toward achieving organization goals. She has worked with clients across a broad spectrum of organizations and industries including Fisheries Administration, United Pharma, DAMCO, Royal Media Entertainment Group, CamGSM, and hello Axiata Ltd.
As a key client liaison, Malay builds strong relationships with all AAA customers which continue long after the project has been completed.
Malay holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. She speaks Khmer, English, and some Mandarin.
Veathannakthida UY
Finance and Administration Manager
Thida manages AAA’s business administration. Thida also works with clients to provide consultancy and outsourcing services for business processes and labor legal compliance.
Thida is a graduate of the National University of Management. She speaks Khmer and English.
Socheata MECH
Open Course Team Leader
Socheata coordinates all aspects of AAA’s open course workshop presentations and schedules. Her unstinting enthusiasm and her careful attention to participant needs have helped her to build a strong network of clients and facilitators. Socheata also supports the training team in designing programs and facilitating workshops.
Kimlong CHAN
Sales and Marketing Officer
Kimlong ensures all AAA customers are kept informed about new learning opportunities as well as spreading the word about AAA to new customers. His diligence in attending to customer needs, and genuine interest in all the people we work with have helped AAA to forge strong relationships with our clients.
Sopagna HENG
Training and Administration Assistant
Sopagna provides essential support in coordinating AAA training workshops and events. He also keeps our office systems running efficiently through creating administration networks and providing essential IT support.
